The Prince Albert Exhibition Association offers cold indoor storage of boats, cars & other recreational vehicles from September to May.
We will begin to accept drop offs during regular office hours for Winter Storage starting
Monday September 5th, 2017 at 8am.
Office hours at 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday (Closed over the noon hour). Please do not drop off items to be stored after 4pm.
We are closed for Statutory Holidays.
Rental Rates & Agreement
Rental rates are $50.00 per month for units up to 20ft long, plus $2.00 per foot for units exceeding 20 feet. This measurement is from bumper to bumper or from hitch to prop, whichever applies. 5% GST will be calculated on top of this rate.
Storage availability is on a first come, first serve basis. The Prince Albert Exhibition Association does not reserve storage space in advance for any individual and there is no guarantee of storage availability. Stored items will not be removed from the barns prior to April 20th, 2018.
**As a condition of our updated 2017 Winter Storage Agreement, it is the responsibility of the renter to properly insure the item(s) being stored and to provide adequate documentation of insurance coverage for the entirety of the storage period. Failure to provide the required documentation will forfeit any responsiblity & liability of the Prince Albert Exhibition Association.**
Rental agreements and copies of insurance must be present at the time of or prior to dropping off your item(s) to be stored. Documents can be dropped off in person, emailed or faxed to the Prince Albert Exhibition Association.
