- Rental includes: tables, chairs, servery(small kitchen)
Rental Rates
- Monday–Thursday: $500/day
- Friday–Sunday: $600/day
- Set-up options (4 hours max, day before or after):

- During business hours: $200
- After business hours: $250
- A $300 deposit is required to hold the booking.
Corkage (Mandatory)
- Corkage is required for all events and is charged at $4.00 per person and includes items listed below.
- Includes cups, ice, coffee urns, and pop mix (Coca-Cola products, clamato, juices, soda water, coffee, tea, etc.).
*OPENED ITEMS CAN BE TAKEN BY YOU AFTER THE EVENT – CLOSED ITEMS MUST STAY WITH US*
Security Requirements (If Alcohol is Served)
- Licensed security is required if alcohol will be served.
- One security guard per 100 guests.
- You may arrange your own licensed security or book through us:

Staging & Risers
• Risers: approx. 1 ft off the ground, 4′ x 8′ sections – $25 per section
• Skirting: Blue or silver available for staging; black skirting available for risers

Taxes
• GST is charged on all hall rentals
• GST and PST are charged on all other items and services
