Main Hall
Ideal for large events such as weddings, banquets, concerts, and more at Prince Albert Exhibition Association.
- Approx. 11,000 sq. ft.
• Capacity: up to 500–600 seated
• Includes tables, chairs, bar, servery (fridge, freezer, and sink)
• Kitchen available (Main Hall only): $300/day (fridge, freezer, coolers, griddles, ovens, stoves)
Rates
• Monday–Thursday: $800/day
• Friday–Sunday: $900/day
• Setup/Takedown Day (day before and/or after event): $250/day (4 hours max)
• Environmental Fee: $70/day + applicable taxes
Deposits
• $500 booking deposit (to be paid when booking, goes towards final total)
• $500 damage deposit (to be paid day before event, pre-authorized by credit card, may be refunded after event if no damage occurs)
Staging & Risers
• Staging: 3 ft off the ground, 4′ x 8′ sections – $35 per section
• Risers: approx. 1 ft off the ground, 4′ x 8′ sections – $25 per section
• Skirting: Blue or silver available for staging; black skirting available for risers
Corkage & Security
• Corkage is mandatory for all events: $4 per person, per day, regardless of whether alcohol is served (includes pop, tea, coffee, cups, ice, juices, limes, lemons, etc.)
• Security is mandatory when alcohol is served
o 1 guard required per 100 people
o Renters may hire their own licensed security or book through us
o Security booked through us: $30 per guard per hour

Taxes
• GST is charged on all hall rentals
• GST and PST are charged on all other items and services
